At 99host, we strive to provide excellent hosting and domain services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our products and services. By purchasing any service from us, you agree to the terms in this policy.
Refunds are only available for the following:
✅ Shared Hosting Plans ✅ WordPress Hosting Plans
Refunds for eligible hosting plans must be requested within the applicable refund period (as defined below).
The following services do not qualify for refunds under any circumstances:
❌ Domain Registrations (new registration or transfer) ❌ Monthly Hosting Plans (even if unused) ❌ All Annual or Longer Term Hosting Purchases ❌ Add-on Services (SSL, backup, migration, etc.)
Example: If you purchase Shared Hosting for 12 months and cancel within the refund period, no refund will be issued because annual plans are non-refundable.
Refunds for Shared/WordPress hosting plans are processed if all of the following conditions are met:
We may require verification of account ownership before processing refunds.
To request a refund:
Log in to your 99host client area
Open a support ticket with subject: Refund Request
Include:
Refund requests made after the eligible period will be denied.
Once approved, refunds are processed:
⏳ Within 7–14 business days (Depending on your payment method and bank processing times)
Refunds are issued using the original payment method when possible. If that isn’t feasible, we will communicate alternate options.
You may cancel your service at any time via the client area or by submitting a ticket. Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund — see refund eligibility above.
99host reserves the right to deny refund requests if a service has been abused, violated our terms, or refund policies.
99host may update this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted publicly, and the latest version applies to all services.
